To make an informed decision of the value of the EOA proposal, the following addresses MYTHS arising from misinformation about and/or misunderstanding of the EOA program. The FACTS about the program show the inclusivity and flexibility of the program to meet the needs of Kentucky’s rural and urban children. All aspects of the EOA proposal are designed to put CHILDREN FIRST.
